Freed Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) conducts research and investigation for television program production. We also support internet-linked projects, commercial production, and promotional video production as part of our research and investigation services.

Information Security Policy

Through these operations, the Company handles information and related assets (“information assets”) that are closely connected to daily life. We aim to contribute to society by providing such information assets in a safe, appropriate, and timely manner. Recognizing the importance of protecting information assets, including personal information, we consider earning public trust to be our social responsibility. Therefore, we establish, implement, and maintain the following Information Security Policy.

  1. The Company declares this Information Security Policy and establishes an ISMS manual and information security procedures to implement appropriate security measures for all information assets handled.
  2. All employees shall handle, protect, and manage information assets in accordance with the established security measures. Violations may result in disciplinary action depending on the nature of the incident.
  3. The Company clarifies internal responsibilities and complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations related to information security.
  4. Based on appropriate risk assessments, the Company implements effective and safe security measures to prevent unauthorized access to information assets.
  5. The Company conducts regular audits, corrective actions, and training to ensure continuous improvement and proper maintenance of information security measures.
  6. When outsourcing or sharing information assets with external parties, the Company selects contractors that meet our security requirements and provides appropriate supervision and education.
  7. In the event of information leakage, tampering, or other incidents, the Company promptly and accurately assesses the situation and takes appropriate action.
